Nijgadh. Bara police have arrested a person with one kilogram 933 grams of narcotic hashish and 123 thousand rupees. The arrested person is Bachu Kumar Budhathoki, 56, a resident of Birgunj 16, currently residing in Bara JitpurSimara Sub-metropolitan City, Ward No. 6, Sidaria Tole.
A police team led by Deputy Inspector Bobby Bomjan from Pathlaiya Police Station, Bara, stopped a passenger bus (Na 5 Kha 8101) coming from Narayanghat at Pathlaiya Chowk, Ward No. 1, Jitpur Simara and seized the hashish. The District Police Office, Bara, has issued a press release informing that the seized hashish and Nepali Rs. 60,500 and Indian Rs. 39,217, totaling Nepali Rs. 1,23,247, have also been seized.
